Salon Guidelines: COVID-19


Our Salon: 

  • We have arranged our reception, treatment areas and treatment rooms to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
  • We only accept appointments unless we have spaces available
  • All surfaces throughout the salon are cleaned regularly and wiped with appropriate cleaning products between each treatment to ensure the safety of our customers and staff
  • All items of equipment are cleaned before and after every treatment. This includes all metal instrument bowels and tweezers
  • One-use disposable items will be used where necessary 
  • We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the premises where possible


Our Team: 

  • Staff have received training to adapt their treatments in order to uphold best practice, including hygiene and safety
  • We have implemented social distancing for all team members at the salon 



  • Therapists will wear gloves, masks, face shields and other PPE equipment where required. Therapists will wash their hands before and after every treatment. 


Arrival & Reception: 

  • We will stagger customer arrival times to minimise close contact 
  • The reception area is cleaned regularly 
  • Customers are escorted to their treatment rooms to avoid congestion in waiting areas
  • Customers are asked to pay by card/contactless or bank transfer to avoid contact with cash


We ask you, our clients to:

  • Arrive according to your appointment in order to help us social distance 
  • Wash your hands and use hand sanitisers as directed by tea members before and after each treatment
  • Wear a face mask during visits to our salon 
  • Contact us and re-arrange your appointment if you have a high temperature or are feeling unwell, or if any person in your household has the same or is self-isolating
