Salon Guidelines: COVID-19
Our Salon:
- We have arranged our reception, treatment areas and treatment rooms to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
- We only accept appointments unless we have spaces available
- All surfaces throughout the salon are cleaned regularly and wiped with appropriate cleaning products between each treatment to ensure the safety of our customers and staff
- All items of equipment are cleaned before and after every treatment. This includes all metal instrument bowels and tweezers
- One-use disposable items will be used where necessary
- We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the premises where possible
Our Team:
- Staff have received training to adapt their treatments in order to uphold best practice, including hygiene and safety
- We have implemented social distancing for all team members at the salon
Treatments:
- Therapists will wear gloves, masks, face shields and other PPE equipment where required. Therapists will wash their hands before and after every treatment.
Arrival & Reception:
- We will stagger customer arrival times to minimise close contact
- The reception area is cleaned regularly
- Customers are escorted to their treatment rooms to avoid congestion in waiting areas
- Customers are asked to pay by card/contactless or bank transfer to avoid contact with cash
We ask you, our clients to:
- Arrive according to your appointment in order to help us social distance
- Wash your hands and use hand sanitisers as directed by tea members before and after each treatment
- Wear a face mask during visits to our salon
- Contact us and re-arrange your appointment if you have a high temperature or are feeling unwell, or if any person in your household has the same or is self-isolating
