Thai Yoga Massage

A Thai yoga massage is an ancient form of healing. It works on energy line systems in our body to increase the energy flow, release blockages, reduces aches, pain, and diseases. This involves stretching, and deep tissue massage using hands, feet, and elbows to apply pressure to important points on the energy lines.

This form of bodywork is performed without oil. It’s advisable for the client to wear lose and comfortable clothing.

Aroma Therapy Massage

Aroma Therapy Massage is the type of massage that performs gently and while being firm. The air is filled with essential oils and gives you a sense of relaxation whilst it energises, rejuvenates, relieves stress, and anxiety.

Aromatherapy massage increases circulation and encourages the elimination of toxins from the body, which helps speed up the time of recovery for illness, reduces the build-up of lactic acid after exercise and takes away the pain.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is used for rehabilitation. It focuses on realigning the deepest layer of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. It helps chronic aches pains as well as contracted areas such as a stiff neck, upper and lower back pain, relieves strain and treat injuries in your joints and tendons.

Because this type of massage is focussed on problem areas, you may feel discomfort during and after a treatment, but the deep tissue massage will be most effective for deep muscle pains and spasms and over time help with mobility and reduced pain during exercise and sleep.

Hot Herbal Compression

Hot herbal compression contains numerous herbs tightly bound in fabric which is steamed until piping hot to get all the herbs to release the nutrition for all the health benefits. Hot herbal compression is pressed over all the body to soothe muscle pain, strains, spasms and whiplash. It improves and stimulates the lymphatic system, vital organs, and reduces pain at the joints.

Each treatment uses 2 herbals balls to target pains and tight areas all over the body. The warmth of the Herbal compress will relax the body and guarantee you a relaxing time.

Natural Facelift & Rejuvenation

Natural facelift massage is a non-surgical technique. It uses the hands to stimulate and rejuvenate facial muscles. A piece of jade stone will be used to push away fat molecules to the lymph nodes around the face and neck area for disposal and to reduce puffiness around the face and to make the client feel fresh. This type of massage work is quite firm but relaxing on facial muscles to increase circulation and promote oxygenation.

This technique improves the blood flow, which carries nutrients closer to the skin surface enabling; tighter skin, reducing wrinkles, crow’s feet, laughter lines, frown lines, and jaw lines.

The result is visible after the first one hour’s treatment, although it is recommended to attend at least 5×1 hour sessions once a week for the best results.

Indian head massage is a Hindu massage, practiced in Ayurvedic Indian healthcare. This massage can take place either on the massage chair, or the massage table. There are many techniques used, such as kneading or probing on the neck and shoulders, and squeezing, tapping, and rubbing on the scalp.

I use acupressure to release tight knotted neck and shoulder areas which increases alertness. It stimulates circulation improving oxygen flow to the brain, thus aiding lymphatic drainage. This massage is effective in stress-related treatments for example; migraines, headaches, mental health, and aiding sleep.
